3 Quick Core Exercises To Do At The Office
Can you really get in a good core workout at the office … in just 15 minutes? Absolutely!
I’ve been making it a point here lately to learn new exercises that can be done quickly, with minimal equipment. Sometimes life gets crazy and time gets tight, but you can always find 15 minutes to get some type of activity in. It may be before work, during lunch, after the family goes to bed – whenever it is just make it happen.
Here are some photos from exercises that can be done at the office (or anywhere for that matter) that only take a few minutes, but can make a big difference in how you look and feel.

To do this exercise, lay on your side with legs out and use arm closest to ground for support to raise up . Now, take your leg on top and move to touch your toe on ground in front of you and then behind you. Alternate sides. Do this for 30 secs to 1 min on each side.
To do this core exercise, lay your your back and bring your hands open over ears with head slightly raised up (note I put hands next to ears instead of behind head to prevent putting strain on neck). Next, raise one leg to as close to 45 degrees as possible and the other to as close to 90 degrees as possible. Slowly move the leg at 90 degrees in a circle motion. The smaller the circle, the more isolation. Move clockwise for 30 secs the. Go counter clockwise for 30 secs. Switch legs and repeat. Remember to hold your core tight and keep that head off the ground if possible.
These 3 exercise for the core are quick, easy to do and will make you feel better. Find the time and give em a try!
