Very nice summary.  I think it&#039;s important for people to visualize how things go viral, and your synopsis does that.

You and I are both trying to take powerful phenomena like viral marketing and translate them into procedures that others can follow: Make it unexpected.  Make it memorable.  (Memorable is the word I used in my blog, but &quot;unexpected&quot; is just as critical.)
