Mike’s Carwash Gets It

Customer service is very important to every business.  Many businesses claim their biggest strength is their customer service, but is it really?

Mike’s Express Carwash is a perfect example of a business providing great customer service.  Every employee I have interacted with has made a sincere effort to provide plus one service.  Whether it is always asking me if I want the latest special, encouraging me to complete an online survery for a free wash, or just asking how my day is going- the employees all seem to get it.  A little extra effort, really goes a long way!

  2. You might think that $12-$14 is a lot for an automated car wash (I did)… but the wash is a good one and the professionalism of the employees is the reason I keep coming back. I really like their service and suggest to anyone to give ‘em a try.

Derek, some very good insight here. I agree that Mike’s has quality attached to their name, and i’ve never been disappointed with their wash. They are definitely good at keeping customers coming back as it shows that they value feedback.

I have never had a bad car wash here. Everyone is very professional and there is no goofing around. The lines go through quickly. I appreciate their helpfulness when you ask questions or don’t understand what the specials are. Thank you for your good service.

Mike’s car wash is the only car wash that I would go to. They do a great job and their employees are very good at what they do. We are always satisfied with the way they conduct themself and inform us of any changes.

Mike’s car wash is located in a good area and easy to get to.  The equipment is all running properly and I can see why they have long lines sometimes.  The guys are very considerate of the customer.  The overall job is perfect.  We are very pleased.

  7. I use Mike’s Carwash from time to time. But I tend to use the self-serve bays. I can get my car washed as well as the automated option, for $4.

Obviously I have to hand dry it, but I have to hand dry my car after the automated wash too. Those dryers do not get all the water (AND SOAP) blown off. Consequently, when I drive off after the auto-wash, the soapy water that’s in the mirror casing, or door seams blows down the side of thecar and leaves streaks of residue.

The BIG reason i don’t use the auot-wash is because Mike’s uses a form of ACID in thier water. That’s right, acid. How else do you explain getting bugs off your windshield? You know how hard it is toy scrub those off. You think hot water is going to do it alone? No. And that acid wore the paint’s sheen off of upper door panels one summer. I have to have them replaced.

Every year thier prices go up and you’re getting the same product.

    Buyer be ware.

Mike’s is great! I haven’t been there in awhile actually and I kind of miss it. I have managed to keep my car clean on the inside, but I need Mike’s to take care of the outside. Hope all is well and Happy 2009.
